No. We offer free shipping to you for all our pieces. Should you need to ship it back for any reason, that would be the only time you would need to pay the shipping charges.
We generally sell our pieces fully framed and ready for you to hang upon receiving them. However, some sale pieces may be offered without frames, or you can request your piece to be frameless when you submit your order.
At the moment, we ship our pieces anywhere within the United States of America. We cannot currently facilitate international shipping.
Should your piece become damaged during shipping, you may return it for us to fix or replace at no extra charge after the return shipping fee and we will re-ship to you the fixed product with our standard no shipping charge when shipped back to you. If only a small adjustment needs to be made we can provide adhesive to you and instructions via phone or video call on how to adjust your piece to perfection on your own.
Should your piece become damaged in any other way after shipping, we are happy to attempt to repair the piece for an extra fee.
Should you not be satisfied with your piece upon receiving it, we will accept returns for up to 30 days after you receive your items for a 50% refund after you pay the return shipping fee and we receive the item. As each piece is one of a kind, we are not able to offer full refunds at this time. We are happy to exchange your piece for a different piece of the same value to ensure your satisfaction with your one of a kind art piece.
